Very simple to learn a language! Love it!

Babbel may just be the path to language learning for all both affordable and practical and it works.

Actually a quite a good program if you are sitting down at a keyboard and NOT MOVING! You are expected to type in the words you hear and you are scored. Now try doing that on your iPhone while driving. Get something else to learn Italian on your commute, this won’t work in the car.

and practice my Italian especially when accompanied by basic Italian grammar books like Olga Ragusas. I appreciated this app better on my iPad than my mobile.

I love the app but its kinda stuipid that you have to pay to learn the language. I thought it was totaly free

Just the first part with introductions is free. To move on you have to pay $9.99 +. You have to type, spell, to get the right answer. At this point, I want to learn to speak and not necessarily spell.

Quick, easy and fun There is a membership fee but the three month plan is a great tool to learn over the summer They do use some pretty wordy explanations sometimes and I would like if they rewrote it in simpler terms

As language apps go, this is one of the better ones. So many have so little in them, they are not worth purchasing or even opening. This is one you can use alone for some time and get a lot out of.

I tried to use the "Learn Italian" version twice and it kept freezing on only the fourth page...
