Awsome Design and handling! Price is absolutly worth! I learn Daily 20minutes in the Bus since 3 months and i just made 50 of 1000 Lessons! Makes Lot of fun Even with Friends! Congratulations :)

They have you believe its free . Not mentioning any future purchases until they take you through a few lessons ..... Then , you have to choose a pay plan to continue . Very deceptive .

-Forever frustrating are apps and their online versions having different capabilities. I love that in the online version, I am encouraged to correct my mistakes. The app doesnt allow for that. -the menu item "rate this app" connects to the English version -voice recognition is problematic. If I speak too slowly (working on enunciation), I am told Im incorrect. I have also deliberately mispronounced phrases and been told I was correct. -it would be ideal to be able to toggle the microphone on or off

Seemed interesting. But after 3 minutes and 20 questions, it wants you to pay for the app. Thats not a FREE APP, its a trial, for 3 minutes and 20 questions. Not interested anymore.

Great tool to learn a language! Im learning Italian and everything is very well done.

Ive only just started, but Im not all that impressed. Everyone has different learning methods and mine may not gel with Babbel, but I will continue and see what happens.

You can get a free app and in my opinion learn more. This app has good intentions but many of the features do not work correctly. Waste of money.

The app is very nice but it costs way to much. After you complete the first lesson you have to pay around $20 to $40 to get full access to get full access to all lessons

I love this app! It makes you concentrate on multiple word configurations. Its easy and quick at moving on to the next level.

It is just a review you need to know the basics of the language even then it is barely any of the required language. If i could this would get no stars. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Like anything you have to put in what you expect to get out. It likely situations that you find yourself all the time. Thanks Angus

I like the app because it is simple to use and provides a user friendly format for learning languages!!! Id recommend it to all foreign language enthusiasts.

It charges you $20 dollars a month for this dont waste your time

I love this app! More convenient than practicing on my computer and broken into short easy segments to learn.

Three years ago, I signed up for the German program, using both the grammar only available on my laptop and the vocabulary also available on my iPhone. Used both elements diligently and daily: now read literary German (Heine!) easily, which is what I wanted to do. Quit the German program and have begun Italian (which I want for conversational and literary purposes); new format of Babbel lessons even better than the old one, so I expect much. A bargain at the price. It may sound stupid, but I do want to improve my Latin...and want to successfully read Hungarian literature. Please, Babbel! Edmund Leites

This app is great 4 beginners and somewhat advanced people. It has pronunciations and well working mini tests that score u from about 20 short questions. Its kinda fun and doesnt last more than 10 min. If ur thinking about getting it, its worth it. Byyyeeeeeee!!!

I liked Babel. It seemed like a well rounded learning game but then I figured out you had to pay.

This app is amazing! It is very east to use and it has dramatically improved my Italian.

This app is great. I actually look forward to the ten minutes I can spare to practice throughout my day. Others are complaining about the price... Its far cheaper than Rosetta Stone, and well worth the price if you make the most of the subscription. Ive learned a lot already and look forward to continuing!
